3 DAYS BERBER VILLAGES HIKING TREK IN ATLAS:

Enjoy exploring the High Atlas Mountains on foot - a walk amidst cool vegetation of juniper and pine trees is a perfect way to unwind.

What You Can Expect in 3 days gudied Berber villages trek in Atlas:

Day 1: from Marrakech - Tizi Oudid (2000m) - Tizi Oussem (1800m) - Azib Tamsoult Refuge

Today our Atlas trek starts and we transfer you from your hotel in Marrakech driving to the High Atlas Mountains. We drop you off at Aguersioual where we meet-up with the local guide-team. We enjoy a walk uphill via a Matat village, and up toward Tizi oudid pass. We will enjoy amazing views over the Azzaden and Imlil valleys.

Then you will hike down, passing through the Berber village of I Aissa. After lunch wehike back uphill to Azib Tamsoult, a calm place in very remote area. We may visit a nearby waterfall. Overnight at a local Refuge. Hike for about 6 hours

Day 2: Azib Tamsoult (2250m) - Tizi n'Tzikert Pass (2930m) - Aremd Village (1900m)

Today we will enjoy a walk uphill through forest toward Tizi n'Tzikert Pass from where we will get wonderful views over Azzaden Valley. We hike down towards Aremd Village where we spend this night at a local lodge. Hike for 5 hours in Atlas mountains.

Day 3: from Aremd Village (1900m) - Imlil (1740m) - and we drive back to Marrakech

After breakfast we walk down to Imlil village, from where we will be driven back to Marrakech and we drop you off at your hotel.
